Personal Project

Olathe Northwest Procedure Video

For my first video this year I made a video to remind people to push in their chairs. The video was made using adobe premiere and I tried to incorporate the six shot system.  To begin the process of making the video I had to set up a storyboard.  The storyboard establishes the shots a I am going to take along with the audio I will have. In this video we were not allowed to use our voices a all, so we had to insert music.  After shooting the video we had to edit using Adobe Premiere.  This was different from Final Cut Pro, which I had been using before.  If I were to do anything different I would make the shot of the boy getting pulled back into 1 shot and not have to make a jump cut.  This jumpsuit does not look clean and I should have made it in one shot.
Adobe Premiere had a play bar in which we could edit and use the razor tool to make our shots tighter.

I had to import the videos using an SD card into the video stage area on Adobe Premiere

Once I was done editing I had to report this video as an mp.4  I had to go to File>Export>Media>mp.4.  After I did that I was able to upload it to Youtube then embed it to this blog post.
